Oven Roasted Corn

An alternative to boiled corn when cooking indoors.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Rosemary or other spices (optional)
  • 4 sheets aluminum foil (to fit corn)

Instructions

  1. Husk and wash corn. Shake off water, but don't towel dry.
  2. Place one ear of corn on each sheet of foil. Add a pat of butter to each ear, spreading around slightly. Salt the corn and add rosemary or other spices.
  3. Wrap corn in foil, place in oven to bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
