Oven Roasted Corn
An alternative to boiled corn when cooking indoors.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 ears corn
- Butter
- Salt
- Rosemary or other spices (optional)
- 4 sheets aluminum foil (to fit corn)
Instructions
- Husk and wash corn. Shake off water, but don't towel dry.
- Place one ear of corn on each sheet of foil. Add a pat of butter to each ear, spreading around slightly. Salt the corn and add rosemary or other spices.
- Wrap corn in foil, place in oven to bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
