Granola

Home-made granola, served with milk.
Makes 7-1/2 Cups
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 C quick oats
- 2-1/2 C wheat germ
- 1 C coconut
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1/2 C honey
- 1/3 C salad oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Mix first five ingredients together.
- Add honey and mix well.
- Add oil and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
- Spread in un-greased 10"x15" pan.
- Bake at 325F for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When cool, store in covered container.
- Optional: Nuts and raisins, sesame seed, sunflower seed may be added. Add after the cereal has baked.
- Serve with milk.
